Bo L. Navarro is a sports marketing executive with more than 30 years of experience across the NFL, MLB, and professional soccer, specializing in athlete representation, sponsorship development, and sports management. As Co Founder and Director of Operations of FilAm Sports, he oversees athlete identification, sponsorships, marketing, public relations, and daily operations, helping Filipino heritage athletes pursue opportunities to represent the Philippines on the international stage. He is also a partner and co founder of ProLine Image, a San Diego based sports marketing and communications firm.
Edward Lasquete is a champion athlete, coach, and executive who has dedicated 30+ years to Philippine sports.
A 3-time SEA Games Pole Vault Gold Medalist from 1991 to 1995, Edward represented the Philippines as a member of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Team. He made history as the first Southeast Asian to break the 5.0-meter mark in pole vault — a national record that stood for 22 years. more
Judith Staples has spent more than three decades building a career at the intersection of sports, marketing, and athlete development.
A proud member of the Philippine Masters Athletics Team, Judith competes in the pole vault, discus, shot put, and throws pentathlon under the Philippine Masters Games Association (PMGA) and the National Masters and Senior Athletes Association of the Philippines (NMSAAP). She recorded a personal best of 2.20 meters in the pole vault at the 2025 World Masters Indoor Championships in Gainesville, Florida, and has won multiple Southeast Asian Masters gold medals in the discus. more

A San Jose, California native with family roots in Tarlac, Philippines, he brings years of management experience from one of the world's largest telecommunications companies, where he led teams and managed complex operations.
Beyond logistics, Nool helps athletes connect with their Filipino heritage by introducing them to the country's culture, customs, and traditions. His guidance ensures they arrive not only prepared to compete, but with a deeper appreciation for the nation they proudly represent.
Yes. To officially compete for and represent the Philippines in international competition, an athlete must obtain dual citizenship and hold a valid Philippine passport.

In the Philippines, an NSA stands for a National Sports Association, which serves as the official and independent governing body for a specific sport in the country. These organizations, such as the Philippine Track and Field Association (PATAFA) or Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP), hold the exclusive authority to implement rules, sanction tournaments, and develop local programs for their respective disciplines.
Operating under the umbrella of the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) and working alongside the government-led Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), NSAs are primarily responsible for scouting talent, training elite coaches, and managing the national athletes who represent the Philippines in major international competitions like the Southeast Asian Games, Asian Games, and the Olympics.
